Stew Hogg founded the Cyber Resilience team at Waterstons and has been bringing his problem-solving knowledge from a Masters degree in Astrophysics into the world of Business

Resilience and Cyber Security for over 10 years. 


As an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager and Cyber Essentials

Assessor, Stew and his team have assisted organisations from a range of sectors to establish and

deliver their cyber strategies.

Morton Bell


TecSec was established in 2006 to

deliver disaster recovery services

nationwide. The company holds a

unique position in the IT arena delivering a sophisticated level of provisions across: IT Support Services; Cyber Security; Risk Management and Disaster Recovery. 

As a qualified and experienced assessor of both Cyber Essentials and IASME Governance, Morton uses his knowledge to steer TecSec in the delivery of right sized and comprehensive security and governance solutions to businesses of all sizes. Morton brings many years of first-hand experience working for and with businesses across multiple sectors to the client base at TecSec Services Ltd, offering a real understanding of their needs along with the solutions to best meet their requirements.

Marcus Dempsey

InfoSec Governance

Marcus Dempsey is the Director of InfoSec Governance Ltd, which is an information security company aimed at helping reducing cyber related threats against businesses of all sizes. InfoSec Governance provides penetration testing as well as Cyber Essentials and IASME Governance certifications.


Marcus is an experienced security consultant who has come from a technical background and has over 25 years in the implementation and managing of networks of all shapes and sizes. In the last 10 years he has moved towards helping businesses secure their systems through awareness and security solutions. 

Lucy Sharp 


Lucy has over 18 years of experience in

the cyber-security sector, having joined

ECSC at it’s inception in 2000. Lucy worked

as an ISO 27001 Consultant helping a wide range of organisations achieve the standard for many years. She then

became Operations Director in 2012, leading the consulting team to deliver a whole range of cyber security consultancy services from Penetration testing, Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS and Cyber Security Reviews. Lucy then took on the role of Managing Director of ECSC in 2017 and remains heavily involved in the delivery of consultancy services.

ECSC Group plc, is the UK's longest running, full service cyber security provider.  Its consultancy-led approach, in addition to its custom methodologies and in-house proprietary technologies, enables ECSC to support all organisations across every sector.

Rick Jones is the CEO and co-founder at

large corporate businesses across the UK.

Before launching DigitalXRAID, Rick ran a successful security consultancy where he honed his skills for developing and growing technology business.

Having both a technical and commercial mindset, Rick can spot an opportunity and nurture it into a market-leading offering. 

Having accomplished several globally recognised security qualifications and graduating the GoldmanSachs 10,000 small businesses with Oxford University, Said Business School, he is fully equipped with the knowledge and passion for steering DigitalXRAID on its continued path of success.

Neil Peacock


NGS are a specialist cyber security services and support provider. In addition to support and managed services, NGS can provide Cyber Essentials and IASME Governance certifications along with a Virtual CISO service, Cyber Risk Profiling and Security Posture Reviews.


Our resident CISO, Neil is (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in good standing with 20+ years in the IT industry. An excellent communicator, skilled in building effective long term relationships, driving business benefits, managing expectations and leading and motivating teams. Neil has the adaptability and capability required to deliver consistently high quality results in the challenging and fast moving digitally connected world.
