I am Chris Monk, Jupiter IT Solutions Senior Solutions Specialist; my job is to work with the client by finding out what are their requirements are and finding a solution to put the client in a more secure position from a Cyber Security standpoint.
I have been working in IT and SaaS for 7 years from Salesforce, Payment Software to Risk Management helping clients to identify problems and use my experience to present to best solution from our findings to put the client in the best possible position to move forward. This gives me great satisfaction seeing the client move from a situation which is a problem for them and the business to not needing to worry anymore because we look after them and their Cyber Security and IT support.
The experience and skill set I have gained over the 7 years allows me to use different qualification methods that complement the sector and position I am speaking with from non-decision maker to C-Suite.
